Sometimes do you ask yourself why you are doing what you are doing? and how you are ended up working the job you are working?
Or else...
Do you feel like you're lost, and you don't know what to do next?
Here re the few reasons why you feel the way...
· Drifting
We always like to live in our comfort zone. Most of us don't bother about the future or what will happen after the next 5 or 10 years if we have enough income and all other comforts. So, we drift along with life.
· Forget the passion of life
Sometimes we are too busy to think about our passion because of our jobs or our daily routines and we tend to forget to pursue anything we are passionate about which forefront us to feel lost.
· Try to make others impressed
When you give more priority to please others than pleasing yourself, eventually you forget about your happiness and your worthiness which lead to miss your path.

You don't have to worry... We have so many solutions to find your direction, such as...
· Set goals
This is one of the most important things in our lives. If you can plan your future for at least the next 5 years, you don't have to be drifted along. Scientists have proved that the people who have planned their future, live a happy life than ones who don't have a planned future.
When you have planned path to go, you don't feel like you're lost in your life.
· Focus on breadcrumbs
Do you know you are surrounded by signs and signals? Helen Jacobs's book of You already know call them breadcrumbs. All you have to do is open your senses and spot those breadcrumbs and follow them.

· Practice new healthy habits
Sometimes we feel lost when we don't have a healthy routine in our lives. Try to replace your busy lifestyle with a healthy routine which you enjoy.
· Write a journal
Journaling is an effective way to find your directions when you feel lost. You can maintain multiple journals such as gratitude journal, productivity journal or regular journal. The point is note down your thoughts, goals, feelings and everything about you in your journal and whenever you feel lost or empty, you can read your journal and you can recall who you and what your purpose is.
· Engage in activities which you enjoy most
when you feel empty and lost you can boost your mood by doing what you most admire. For me, I light my scented candles and watch my favourite TV show with a hot beverage (most of the time Chamomile tea). But make sure to choose an activity which lightens up your mood. In my situation, I always watch comedy shows like “Friends”.
Life is full of surprises and mysteries. Sometimes it is hard to find our direction. It is normal for everyone. I hope these tips will help you to find your directions.
